Villa Joska is located in the near vicinity of the sea – only three or four meters from the yard door to the sea cliffs. Only twenty meters away is the closest beach, and fifty meters to the ‘’Punta Rata’’ beach, which bears for many years now, the ‘’Blue Flag’’ that guarantees the outmost quality of the sea and the beach itself.
Yard around the house is equipped with garden seating sets, a couple of tables, benches, a children swing, all in the shade of pine trees. At your disposal there is an enclosed parking space for your car.
